Report N1 (added on June, 6, 2006)
She sent me 2 messages on redbox (belgian dating site). I got interested and we exchanged about 30 letters. She was regularly phoning me to ask me how I am. She never talked about money until the moment that I invited her in my country to get to know each other better. First she said she would think about it and wanted to know what fun I could offer her. Then she told me she was very disappointed because she didn't have the money. So she told me everything in detail what was needed. I paid 800? of the 900? she needed. She told me she had gone to the travel agency several times and 5 emails later she told me details of flight and everything. To make a long story short, she even asked for extra money (1333?)which according to Belgian law she is supposed to have during her stay of 31 days. Finally today she has sent me a letter that she has been robbed in Moscow and that she has lost everything. This time her letter was so fake that I have stopped writing to her. I have read about scammers before sending the last money but even after warnings by friends and other people but because the calls and the emails seemed so genuine I believed until yesterday we could meet.

Report N12 (added on September, 4, 2009)
In the first message she sent me, she said she said that she had received a message that we had much in common. The email address she wrote me to is linked with the dating site relatieplanet. This was obvious a scam but i decided to play along. She sent me letters in both English and Dutch. Sometimes the name changed from Tatyana to Olga. In the end she asked me money, so she could visit me.After this letter i didn't send her letters anymore, neither did she.
