Report N1 (added on August, 25, 2006)
I recieve a letter from her, wanting to make friends. As I am also looking to have one, I replied. After some time, I became suspicious. Her letters became more suspicious when she insisted to visit me and said she couldn't stand being away from me. I said to myself this woman is too good to be true. I decided to look for information on the web. I found an information saying she is a scammer. Still couldn't believe I continued to answer her email. finally I recieved a letter from her asking for some money to facilitate her necessary papers to visit me. That's when I decided to report her.
Report N2 (added on September, 20, 2006)
Her opening gambit was that she found my profile and was intrigued. The letters were authentic sounding but the pictures belied the dire need for money. She is asking for $600. I have not responded yet.
Your site is wonderful. I am amazed at the sheer number of scammed and scammers. I hope lonely hearts all over the world would have the common sense to check this site. It would save lot of further heart aches.
I shudder to think what could happen had I not seen her picture in scammers.com.
Attached is a letter and picture I hope would be of help in putting scammers in jail or at least shutting them down. Thanks for the site.
