Report N8 (added on February, 13, 2006)
Started with wanting an american pen pal to practice english with. Became intimate very soon after. Wanted to move to America marry me and have my babies. Needed help with cost to get here.
Svetlana claimed to be a medical doctor as a podiatrist in a small clinic.
We became very close through letters and when she told me she had obtained a visa and had a flight booked for Friday of this week I call the Federal Travel department to confirm or expose the lie of the Visa. It was a fake. Issue/ control number was from the year 2003. The read numbers were registered to a lady in Guatemala. That was all I needed to know.
Thanks again for making this site available and hope this has been of assistance to warn others of her game.
Report N9 (added on March, 7, 2006)
I wrote to you two days ago reference to a suspected scam by a Russian woman, Maria Kuchkyldina. I have attached an email just received from her asking for assistance in bringing her to the USA to spend "our lives
together." It took less than a week for the asking for money scenario.
Please add her to your list. I am still playing her to see how far she will go with this.
In reference to an ongoing communication, I have now received the attached document from a "travel agent" willing to set up a trip for "Maria" to come to the USA and the costs regarding same. I have not received a recent email from Maria, just the attached, which I received today.
I have attached two more photos as well. Undoubtedly a scam, as we have only been communicating for a week and she wants to come to see me.
I still intend on finding out more, but I think this is proof that this is yet another scammer. The photos are of a very stunning woman, but one wonders who is actually behind this.
