Elenag, I was just kidding about your wedding photo, I saw it on the video clip on scammers you were on.
    Mike
    I see.
By the way, what about my question to you in the previous post? Do you still believe I will leave my husband if he is broke? I am most curious.

    1. You are a woman and dont think like a man, the way that you describe and write is why you are questioned, You don't think before you write.Thats why you are questioned, and for crying out loud, your a russian woman and most of the men on these forums are interested in russian woman etc. so would'nt you say, that some may look at you as some type of example of what a russian woman might be like? DUH !
so, what do you want me to do? write only what you want to hear?

quote:Originally posted by scam magnet2. would you say you are setting a good example?
    Example of what?

quote:Originally posted by scam magnet3. Now that you told what your situation was when you met your husband
it portrays a different story all together and the way its looked at,much better.Maybe this be a lesson to you.
If it was a lesson, I totally missed it. Can you re-cap?

concrete examples so you can understand. A friend was high school teacher in Montreal. In his big classes, who would make the hell break loose crying foul & indicting "racism" in case of a failed class, poor grade or reprimand? Negroes first, then other minorities. Now don't ask me why. Second: Many know the "Anne Frank's diary", the sensation WWII jewish bestseller, was written in part with a stylo a bille, ball pen, invented only in the 1950's. Authenticity let aside, during the break down of Yugoslavia some thought they could replicate the sensation and some "diary of Zlata Povic" was published along the same lines, where of course table turned and instead of evil nazies & poor jews you had evil croatians or whatever & poor bosnians. Needless to say, Zlata's diary never became a hit: why? I won't go further into this.
I didn't get the Zlava thing. What does it has to do with unconventional lifestyles? And why did we go into Anne Frank's diary? Please stop speaking in examples and use just simple phrases. I am not good on catching hints.

    So can you explain again?

I did not ask you how your compare to Bush. Or to Stalin. Or to Mother Teresa. Or to King Tut. Forget about them. Especially about Bush, you are way too stuck on this Bush thing.

    Sure...
    I have nothing to say.
She closes her eyes & thinks of Mel Gibson, Brad Pitt or -more likely- good old Boris back home, her nice ex-boyfriend whose main fault was to drive some 1985 ford escort while still living with his parents, not a mercedes like you do.
Foot the bills and be happy until it lasts.
Someday she may just meet someone at school or while shopping and your bubble can burst; she can just get bored or think she has played the game long enough; she may want the spark of "feelings" back in her life: it happens all the time...then your second or third divorce perhaps, leaving you depleted at an age when you have little time left to rebuild your fortune.
Remember there are no big feelings, prude face saving or poet's stuff in between her & yellow pages under "divorce lawyers": that's why it worked to start with.
My personal opinion is that such "arranged" things with such level-headed presence of mind are ok for a "relationship"...marriage being something different (children etc), although today the 2 intertwine for most people.
I see. Your main problem with me is my view on the importance of romantic love in marriage. Well, what can I say? I have a feeling that a common ground between us will probably never be reached on this particular issue. So, I vote for not wasting the time.

Yes I remember. Do you remember me telling you why I was looking for a guy in his late 30es and up? Any recollection? Or do you simple reject those arguments as valid (since they don't fit into your value system)? I never quite understood.

Of course old men like women half their age to brag about & sport like they would a luxury car or a gold watch.
Just for my info: how old is Canada? I mean, how long back was it colonized or whatever? I actually have no idea.

They are not the same, why would I say something like that? They each have unique set of Xs and Ys, they each will draw a different picture. But they all still called age gap marraiges. Or will you argue now that only 30 years gap qualifies as an age gap marriage?
So, I asked you a question: I agree that 30 years gap marriages are not too common. But what about 15 or 20 or 25 years gap? There are more of those. I don't get what you found to be nonsence in my answer?

you said old(er) people make "better husbands". I read enough along these lines while browsing agencies websites. Well, the vast majority are divorced (1 or more times... ), thus i don't really see how "better" husbands they can actually be, compared to the first coming idiot you meet on the streets. Sure, there is the conspiracy theory about western women, lefty courts etc...ok, we know that & that is true to a great extent. [u]HOWEVER FSUWs are not women from a different planet ( so that one won't take similar odds with them at all): they're just from a different country & to start with, they wouldn't bother with you if you were not from the west & wanting to play knight in shining armour.
I can attest when i mentioned i'd like to relocate to the FSU, that i'm learning russian and that i send no money to people i have never met and that i'm not into supporting extended families ( all reasonable attitudes i think ), 4/5+ FSUWs disappeared quickly.
Now, what about my wonderful self?
Oh...no self worth talking about unless they can move here and unless i open my wallet right away?

my parents have 10 months age gap...but i suggest 30 years is more of a problem.

My friend, don't misunderstand me... I think to get married we should simply neglect our true head coz if you think philosophically, you find that women are just source of trouble whether russians or whatever.... I am not a gay but this is a fact. If you look at the history, most of successful and philosophical men were either single or divorced...

    Hi Elenag, tochey
Would you leave your husband if he were to go broke,I think anythings possible, Sometimes people get tired of struggeling. There are so many variables.I've always said, Be careful who you say hi to, it can change your whole life.
Let me give you an example, that happened with me. Im 44 now, but when i was 40 I was quite the party animal, I had a great business,
a beautiful fiance lots of friends and thats how it was since I was 21,except the fiance part, many woman thruout the years.
What Happened!! I took a look at my life and wanted more,Some say I grew up? I knew that I couldn't get to where I wanted to go from where I was at So I had to change everything, Mainly the lifestyle, My fiance and certain friends. The payoff has been unbelieveable.
I did not plan for it to happen that way,it just did.
It can happen to anyone, including you!! and what that is is a moment
    of CLARITY.

As far as awnsering the rest of the questions,I cannot explain it any better than I already have.
My suggestion is for you to have someone, maybe your husband or friend
read what I wrote and explain it so you understand.
Be sure to hold one of your hands over one of your ears while this is being done,This will help you hold the information and maybe? understand, Then see if you still have questions.
