    Default psychobabbling

After some initial doubt, I've for several reasons decided to start this topic. Most likely it will die a silent and unmourned death. We shall see.

First I want myself and the closet-sextourists to get out of each others' hair. I can't abide the fourletter words, the bad spelling, braggings and "I almost made it" stories, spiced with expressions like "hot babes" etc. On the other hand the !!!!WOW!!! types do not like words with many syl-lab-les, so here such is concentrated in one place, which they can avoid. In other words, the contributers to this topic can, without interference, bore each other to death, if we wish to.

Next: Having a soft spot for conspiracy theories I'm convinced, that not only anti-scammers read anti-scam sites, a lot of other groups do it also. The scammers themselves, agency representatives, ultrafeminists (just-hating-men-on-general-principles), chatters (having nothing to say, but doing it with many words) and those just curious. The possibilty of disinformation is real, but maybe it's possible to suppress it by being longwinded and circumstantial.

And last, the most important. Internet-dating is after all only one aspect of the the eternal "war of the sexes". To understand net-dating, I believe it's necessary to paint a broader background canvas. Say, are we just a bunch of grumpy querulants or is there really a difference between not being able to get along with your next-door childhood love and a FSUW? Where and what is the difference? Even without a computer, a different cultural background or alcoholism, Sue-Ellen could still be a conartist or pro-dater. Especially if she's good-looking.

I'm not completely sceptical about FSU dating (internet or not). In the last app. 18 years I've had three longer relationships (in the biblical sense) with SFUW, lasting alltogether 14 years. These relationships broke up for the same personal reasons, as any other relationships do. And I've had my share of scandinavian psychos. For me the question is the PROBABILITY of meeting "straights" or "bends" in each group.

So I invite for wievs on this. And I have a few proposals for background-basics:

I believe, that we like all other animals fundamentally are biological robots. We have a digestive system with two openings, a need to reproduce and to fight for a place in a predatory system. That's our startingpoint. But compared to other animals, we also have rather complex emotions and intellect. We have a possibility, individually or culturally, to be more than just reptile-brained. And different individuals/cultures/subcultures use this possibility in various degrees.

And I also suggest to sort out the differences between women and men. For the present bunch of probably half-machos it's maybe an idiotic question. But believe me, in this time of unisex, feminism, equal opportunities and so on, the issue has seriously, repeatedly and heatedly been raised, if there IS any difference (in spite of different plumbing and men's inability to get pregnant). I strongly support the idea, that women and men are almost different species, and as in any other contact with ETs, we need a lot of diplomacy to establish peaceful contact.

    Cit PeopleS:

"!Ahhhhhh! But, that is one of my crime fighting super-powers... the ability to subdue the bad guy by drinking him under the table and rendering him unconcious!!!"

You have opened up completely new vistas in criminology.

Again I wish you a pleasant journey and a holiday filled with happy surprises.

Looking forward to your first report.

    Greetings

    Hi Tone,

how far are you willing to carry an anti-socialist attitude?

Personally I've found (and experienced) a kind of middle way to be functional. Something which fits well with my almost-buddhist approach.

Schooling, medical service, old age pension, legal system, taking care of disabled, should in my opinion be part of a political system. For good or bad it IS a part of the scandinavian system, and it functions (so far).

Well Swede, Hello and I Hope you are Well!

I bascialy was alittle upset when I wrote this brief article because My Sweet Heart was forced to stay home this weekend because her boss inferred she might have a salary problem if she did not vote this comeing weekend! Ya, fair voteing right's my butt!! Here in America if someone-ANYONE-inferred this they would be in jail for vote tampering!!!! So, My Apologies if I offended any good people here, I was just venting I guess! I see the available elected person to replace Putin as nothing more than a Puppet, Simple! Humm, a PP I think-Putin Puppet!!
I have watched Putin in various and numerous dicussion's and new's cast's and I still say he is a Closed Minded Stubborn Person even though he has created some good program's I still see remant's of the Old Soviet Guard in place and functioning each day! I have No Problem with the Russian People, just as I do not also with American People but both of our goverment's are Disfunctional,Malfunctional and Lathargic and Purposelyfully have Labyrinth's in place to keep the common people in check and confused, Well Simply said I think!!
Humm, gives someone alittle to think about does it not?

    Sincerely,

    Tone

Couldn't agree more. That's been the main theme of my posts here for 6 months.

But what to do about it? The fight between the powers that be and "the people" has existed for ages.

My suggestions have constantly been a raising of awareness, but other methods may exist.

    Hello Swede!

Thank You for your opinion, seem's we agree. Well, the Russian election is over and the Winner is of course a hand picked protage of Putin-No Surprises there! One news service stated that numerous people who voted were even being shown om the form where to vote, Hummm, can you spell Intimadation? Ballot fixing? Well, I Hope the new President will think firstly about his People and Not cronies entrenched in power!! As I say on occassion, Time Reveal's all that is Hidden!!
I Hope you are Well and also I Hope Smoks is Enjoying his trip to the Ukraine!! Best Wishes!!

Hey guys! I'm not going to get into a long posting, but I have to comment on what Tone said about Putin. I honestly think he and his policies were what the Russian people and country needed at the time, and I compare him to Ron Reagan in some ways. Their economy is growing and national pride has returned to a degree. If the new guy can get inflation under control, Russia will be fine. Ok, their system still has a touch of the Kremlin behind it, but.....

So far, nothing to really report a bout my plan B. I haven't been able to reach her, which is very disappointing, but I'm looking toward plan C or D, and in the meanwhile am enjoying long walks around Lugansk during the day, and going to discos and night clubs at night with my new friend Alex, as in alexfriends.com. He's real, and a nice guy!

Well, between the clubbing, I have found a calling to right injustices here when I find them, and my super-power is quite cheap!!! About $1 USD for a .5L beer!!! The criminals of Luhansk don't stand a chance!!!

PS Any girl, at least in Luhansk, who tells you doesn't have a phone is flat out lying, so figure out why quick!!! I've never seen so many people with cell phones stuck to their ears!!![:0]

    Still,

this is civilised compared to the election I experienced in UA some years ago.

Ofcourse I'm not FOR any centralisation, but a country starting from total confusion or a one'party system must have some time to get used to the idea of a different approach. Even the best of democracies (or rather the least bad) needs a constant brushing up.
