I wish I had found your site sooner. I was lured into a relationship from Deola Smith from Lagos, Nigeria (smith_deola@yahoo.com). She was on date.com. We chatted for about 2 weeks on Y!IM where she told me her parents died and lives with her auntie. She's a student at the U of Lagos. She didn't ask for money but I told her I would pay for flying here. She came online regularly to chat and all conversations were about her love for me and god has joined us. I foolishly sent $1365USD to a travel agency via Western Union. About a week later she asked me if I could send her $400USD to cover graduation costs and money to buy luggage for her trip here. I sent a money transfer But I found your site and was able to cancel the transfer before it got picked up. I told her I cancelled and she became irate and said I was a disappointment, even called me to tell me that. I have pics, letters, names, addresses and phone numbers. contact me at b_eads@hotmail.com

I need some aid or reference on if someone knows a girl that "ALENA" is called, says to be of YOSHKAR-OLA, blond, 26 years, uses an account in @yandex.ru. A phrase of its email has called me the attention « Today I have received wages on work. For you it will be probably ridiculous, but I have received forty dollars. We shall well not speak concerning my problems, my wages.» Is the principle of the scam? I barely carry a week writing it for email. Helpme no-scam@laitnchat.com

I have received and replied to several emails from her. She is now talking of wanting to come over but has not asked me for money yet. She says she's 28, born August 03, 1976. I have several pics of her. Claims her father died when she was 7 and has no siblings. Lives with her mum and works with children.

Maria (email address:mariad78@xopoco.com) is the same Maria trying to scam men out of money (the old "My Heart", "My Soul", "My Dream" (your Money)for a visa to get to meet you at the Airport routine). She has shown up on several sites recently (American Singles in two different posts at the same time and one with Yahoo Personals). Beware.--R

Keep up the good work.
Encountered myself several scammers over the last 2 years, I never did send money and they just disappeared after I told them. A "normal" woman will never ask for money or presents, they are to proud to do so. Prior to a meeting ask for for photo's of her and her family and/or friends. I have travelled to Ukraine, Moldova and Russia for business many times and there are a lot of nice and sincere woman looking for a serious relationship. If you decide to travel to one of these countries, make your own travel arrangments, e.g. rent your own appartment or hotelroom, use your own taxidriver. Try to avoid situations where you are alone with your woman and so called male friends or relatives, meet them in a public place. Do not carry a lot of cash and valuables. The woman you will meet, will not expect to go to first class restaurants each day, not to recieve expensive gifts. A gift when meeting her for the first time is appropiate but that should be it.

Alarm bells were ringing with me when I had my first Russian scammer encounter earlier this month. The first few emails seemed sincere enough but then all of a sudden she was daydreaming about me and her friends had suggested 'have you fallen in love' and then I suspected that a visa scam was in progress. Now I send them back copies of the old Nigerian $11million USD in a foreign bank account spam emails that float around. Or cut and paste the same emails from here and put their names at the top and send them back. That usually does the trick to stop them spamming and scamming you.
What a great website. It gave me a lot of amusement when I typed one of the phrases from a spam 'n' scam email and found this website and all the various emails from the madly in love girls!

I think this site is great.I know I am trying to be scammed, and when I saw a picture of my Marina in here I payed, signed up and uploaded all my pictures and some of the letters to share.I will also upload all the letters for others to read. This is great entertainment.I will continue to write her, as it costs nothing, and I payed the fee, just to read all the letters and see al the HOT pictures. She is begging for money now, but heck, maybe I'll have her going to banks chasing money with fake 10 digit Western Union numbers, it is a lot of effort for them to get to bank.I might ask her to take pictures of herself naked,or even ask her for some money Why can't we have fun too? This is like a new form of phone sex.Turn the tables on them. This site pretty much freely exposes them.I have been having contact with a different Russian woman that seems to be true I did send her money. She might be the one or else I will be able to upload a new file for everyone to see.Humiliate them Instead!

Hi, I was scammed by this girl named Marina, from Irkutsk, Russia. after I reported her to your site I browsed the other girls and found this girl, Olga Lobanova from Soronchino, Russia and noticed that this girl used the exact same letter that Marina used with me. She just changed the name and city where she was from. this is the proof that these girls just use a standard letter and just fill in your name. They don't even write their own letters. I'm happy I found this site, it was a real eye opener. Thanks
