How was contact initiated and which website did the contact originate from?
How long did you correspond with scammer?
Did you notice anything strange during your correspondence?
How was the money request initiated and for what?
What was the name of the person who received/requested the money transfer? How much was sent or requested? How many times did this occur?
What was the final of the story?

Important:
Do not insert into the report field any letter(s) you received from the scammer. Otherwise, your report will be deleted.
Do not press the "refresh" button or "add report" button more than once after submitting the final report. Doing this can add the report to our database multiple times. Such spam postings will be deleted immediately.

Confirmation letter

After placing your report you'll need to check your e-mail account. A confirmation letter with your report number and instructions on how to provide us with proof will be sent to you by e-mail.
Note, only reports confirmed with letters and photos of reported person will be approved and added to our database.

Instructions how to send us proof to confirm your report:
1. Save all letters (or chats) you have to the hard drive of your computer as .txt or .doc or .email files in chronological order – letter 1, letter 2, letter 3, ... etc.
2. Save all photos you have to the hard drive of your computer as .jpg or .bmp files.
3. If available, save any fake documents you have to the hard drive of your computer.
4. If available, save any media files you have to the hard drive of your computer.
5. In an email, attach all saved letters, photos, other proof you may want to provide. Please enter the report number in the subject line of your email.
6. Only send proof to the e-mail address listed in confirmation letter.

Important:
Copyrighted photos will not be accepted.
Links to scammers' photos on other web sites are not accepted.
Links to photos and letters held in your mailbox are not accepted.
Do not scan letters.
