Report N1 (added on June, 18, 2005)

Katya responded to a personal ad I put on Yahoo. After agreeing that she would come to visit me in the United States, I sent her money for an airline ticket, a visa application, and money to enter the United States. She didn't come but said her grandmother was sick and needed
expensive medicines. I asked her to send the money back but she did not do that.

Report N4 (added on November, 30, 2006)

"Olga" contacted me through American Singles. After several letters, fell in love and wanted to meet me. I "offered" to travel to Russia, but that was too dangerous. She asked for $1250 to come to U.S.

Typical visa/ticket scam - pre-written copy/paste letters. I knew it was a scammer because someone else tried me with these pictures last year.
