Report N12 (added on October, 26, 2010)

Classic scam scenario: Says she is getting work Visa, but wants to meet and know someone in US before she comes. Claims of course to love you sends you lots of pictures, and asks to be able to stay with you once she arrives.Claims to have left her small town and gone to Moscow for final documents and flight to US. asks for your airport code and nearest international air port where she will meet you. Suddenly realizes that they require her to buy round-trip airfare( which is true)claims she didn't know and only has money for one-way trip. Asks you to wire her the money, in this case $980.00 so she can get tickets and come to you.Completely stops all communication when you inform her that you will send no money.

Report N15 (added on October, 26, 2010)

I have received about nine e-mails & 39 pictures in quick succession that have an obvious tenor of SCAM about them. I've replied three times to see where it would go and as expected, the other shoe dropped yesterday. She's flown to Moscow on her way to see me, (she doesn't even know what state I'm in), but her mothers money didn't come through. She needs me to wire her $950.

Report N19 (added on November, 12, 2010)

She said she got my email address through a internet dating agency in Volzshk. We built up a relationship throught letters and exchanged photos. During the time we sent letters, she got her visa, she bought her plane ticket and wanted to stay with me for 1-3 months, everything was good and she didn't ask any money. She also showed photos of her mom, her friends and told about her, her mom, her dad, her job. She was going to fly to me on November 9th, 2010. Three days before her flight she informed me on her ticket, departure date, arrival date, flight numbers,.. I checked on the internet to see when she would arrive here, and everything was exactly the same as she told, so the flight was real. She seemed really legit! But the morning of the day of her flight, she sent me a letter, telling me she was being held up at customs, because she needed a document of self-sufficiency and needed to show she at least had 1650euros, to survive in other country. She said she didn't know about such document and asked me to loan her 1650euros, so she could fly to me and then would give me my 1650 euros back. But that's where I got suspicious and checked on the internet, and I found out it was a scammer! She almost had me there. But i'm sure the girl on the photos has notihng to do with it, there's another person behind. The way the scam is set up is amazing!

I know she is a scammer. She claimed to get my email address from some dating site. I am not on any dating sites.

Report N21 (added on January, 17, 2012)

I was blind contacted by Marina and she wanted to get to know me. She did not remember which dating service she found my email address. This seems to be a standard response. We emailed each for about 1 month than she asked if she could come to the US to be with me...just for a month or so. I agreed to have her visit at my home; however, I knew this was a scam. I was waiting for the request for money to help her pay for the trip. It was not long before she needed $350 so she could pay for the trip. I did not send her any money!

This report deals with a scammer who calls herself Yulia Fine, aged 30 years, she also uses other aliases and is using stolen photos of Russian Model Oksana Malachowa.
Yulia first contacted me at my Hotmail address, where she got me from I do not know. She told me that she lived with her mother and that her father was dead. Then came the usual stuff, lonely, wanted a husband, age difference didn't matter etcetera.
