Report N1 (added on September, 2, 2009)
I met a person called Veronica Hendrik on the dutch dating site Lexa. After a few days she asks for money to travel to a major city so she could call me and visit the immigration office to find ou the papers she needs and that the immigration office need to arrange her flight if necessary. The money had to be send by Western Union. I didn't comply to sent her the money.
So the next day I confronted her with things like that her story matches with the story of Victoria Osch (didn't tell the name). And that it looked like a scam.
After that she said if money was an issue we needed to stop talking about that and we had to gain eachothers trust first. She also offered to scan her UNICEFF passport and that she would send me copy of it the next day (which she ofcourse didn't). I went along with the story and we kept talking and agreed to speek to eachother the next day and she finished which some sweet words in dutch (with standard translation mistakes)
In the mean time I was trying to get more info, to make it more reasonable she was a scammer.
When I logged on the site Lexa again (next day) I saw she already made a new profile dated the previous day, with slight differences like she didn't have any pets (did have a dog before), she was a year older, and her haircolor was different, but same picture. So I think she didn't see me any longer as a potential victum.
After this there was no doubt for me she really is a scammer.
She also blocked me on msn.
I hope that I have been of any help to other potential victums.
