I say Philippines. There are certainly scammers in the Philippines still, but everyone speaks good English which makes it a lot easier to sniff out a scammer. A total language divide certainly makes it a lot easier on the scammer. If someone in the Philippines pretends not to know English they are lying and you know its a scam right away. I've traveled there and everything is fairly cheap and Manila has some nice accommodations as well.

I would say my own country, Romania
Girls are tricky, you have to lead the game and not let yourself led, but once you get here, it`s unlikely to forget your experience
