These guys have some pretty decent Geolocation technology that can be integrated into most sites. They can even detect IPs where the scammer has tried to hide behind a proxy - very useful.

On my site, I'm confident we don't have any scammers at all - thanks to forums and sites like this, we can sniff a scammer at huge distance and that protects all of our members.

This is not to question your honesty, but with the amount of information and disinformation going around, I think, it would be a good idea, if you clarified and enlarged a bit on your statements.

And remember that fossiles like me, being practically imbecile with PCs,
only can understand it, if it's expressed in simple terms.

Scammers, as hackers, are springing up like mushrooms, you catch one, another one appears
Any app locating scammers, based on IPS or other details is useful, but doesn`t have to exclude a sense of self-protection, the best tool you can use is a minimal sense of caution
