I had a had experience with Power of People Network and, founder, Jon Parr.
I answered an advertisement stating: "$$$Generate $3,500 per day CASH money returning phone calls - NO SELLING". I was instructed to send Jon $3,500.00 CASH via FEDEX and he would show me the way. He stressed that he would not accept anything sent via the mail - this should have been a warning.
Once the money was received, Jon sent me a list of leads to call and give them the same story that he gave me. I made a few calls and then did some Internet research. I was scared about what I read so I called a local attorney who was gracious enough to speak to me over the phone w/o charging me. Well, this is indeed a gifting scheme and it is very illegal.
Of course, I called Jon to discuss this and he kept telling me about IRS codes that allowed for gifting and charitable donations. He was unwilling to return my gift.
I hope no one else is scammed by this group.

I was scammed by the Power of People Network. This is an illegal "gifting program". Please do not lose your money as I did. They ask you to pledge or gift them $500, $1,000, $2,000 or $3,500 and they will give you "leads" to others who want to gift you money. It is ILLEGAL and in the end, it does not work. The founder, Jon Parr, is making hundreds of thousands off unsuspecting, innocent people by telling them this is legal. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

Hi All...
Thanks muchy for this site! I'm female and met my current boyfriend online. I've done a lot of net dating and also looked at many female profiles also. My boyfriend talked to Tatyana for about 3 months, she had no success getting money from him, she then refered him to one of her 'friends' Elana who was looking for work. I've just found both of these women on this scammer site. They both asked for his location and nearest international airport so they could book a ticket. I find it quite funny. What is so great about Russian Chicks anyway???

I am currently writing to a scammer by the name of Olga Gorshkova from Ulyanovsk. It is quite fun really because she never ceases to amaze me with the next load of rubbish.Long live the scammer for giving us all a good laugh and helping us through the long dark cold winter nights.

I am currently corresponding with Marina Tupinova. I told her that I am 96 years old, but I am a multi-billionaire! She does not think that I am too old! I can't wait for her to start asking me for money! I am going to have all sorts of trouble sending it. Bank problems, etc. I might just have to get on my private jet and fly the money over there myself! Hahaha! Playing with scammers is so much fun!

Marina Tupinova from Ekatrinburg is a definate scammer. She has been asking me for money after about 4 letters. Claims she loves me and wants to get married, wants me to send money for her visa. She sent me pictures of her passport. First few letters were prewritten. Won't give me a phone number. I have been playing her along to get more info on her to report.
