Of course I have a mobile phone but I have tariff on it which I can call and get rings and sms of operators in Russia only. I can not get or give in internetional callings or sms at all!!! Sorry but all other tariff plans costs big money. And to register all includes international tariff costs big money money for service. Therefore I can not give or get callings from ourside of my country, sorry for that.

These days I am still trying to learn what I need to do and to have to come to you.
I have already had expirience of getting student type of visa in the past as you know when I visited Malta for English lessons. So as I know I can activate my student status to any country with no any difficulties.
Because I know how this process works step by step. Student visa will be easier to get for me than any other types because I have already had it in the past. So it would be easier for me. But first of all I must register an international passport as you know. I will take care of it so do not worry.
I have had it few years ago but term has expired and it is not valid now so I must update it. I have already given some papers documents to update my international passport couple days ago and will see what happen there soon.
I am waiting a reply about it from travel agency.

Hi again my dear friend Tim. Just came back from travel agency to learn about visa.
My request for visa and all my necessary documents are approved!!! I can get visa.
I plan to register a student type of visa to you because it is the easiest way to visit you.
As I have already explained in my last letters I have already had expirience of getting student visa in past when I have visited Malta for English lessons training. So other types of visa has some difficulties in registration for me or theirs process are long periods.
It will cost 15820 russian rubles here...
Not sure if you understand how much is it, OK it is the same about 275 $ US.
This amount includes:
- payment for visa registration
- payment for an 10 days accelerated registration process
(sometimes registration might borrow up to 6 months)
- payment for an interview in embassy
- konsular fee
- medical check-up
which is also important thing for every tourist who planning trip outside of our country.
So this price 15820 russian rubles is total for everything necessary...
But one problem I have now. I do not have enough money to pay for visa registration process. So I am asking this money help from you for my visa's payment because I do not have these funds right now.
It is really too pity that I am asking money help but please understand me!!!
I have already maden so much in my power before as you can see.
And now I am asking money help from you Tim because I do not have it right now. And if I don’t pay for it now and get it probably I could have problems with getting visa in the future. Because personals in travel agency needs me to pay for visa registration in 15 business days period.
If I would not pay for registration process in this term my visa request will stop at all and I will not be able to register it again because it is really not so easy to register visa for such young woman as me.

The number of student visas is limited as you must understand so we must hurry up!!!

The time is running very fast and since I have written to you about my situation for payment for visa went many days and I have been informed today that I have only 5 days for payment. And no more!!! I am so sad now and worry.
It is really not so easy to get visa as you may think.
As I have already explained to you if I would not do it so the process of registration will stop so will stop my plan to reach you for the next 2 years at all. Because Embassy would not allow me to have visa next 2 years in future because I would be mention as insolvent citizen.

Hi Tim!!! You know I have some good news for you!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday I found one bank which have given a loan to me successfully!!!
But they could give me maximum quick amount which is 5000 rubles total.
I made this first payment for visa registration this morning and a process have already began!!! I am so happy for it!!! Soon we will be together finally!!! But I must pay rest of funds and agency give me 48 hours more to pay for it. So it means that right now I need in about 10820 Russian Rubles only to pay the second half!!! It's about 190 $ US.
But I must have it in these 2 days no later!!!
If not they will cancel process of registration I would loose chance to get a visa at all!!!!!! Try to understand my situation, try to understand my wishes to meet each other and find way to send this money help for me these 2 days, K???
We could be together in few days already!!! Just think about it only, it is really good chance so let's try it!!!! Tim, I have already tried all ways to find this money myself but I could not anymore sorry...
