Report:  She emailed me out of the blue about 3 months ago, and wrote once a week, from an internet cafe she said. 4th letter she sent me her phone number, but says she can only receive calls from Russia. 6th letter she sent her address, and asked me to write. I did write, and sent her a gold bracelet too. She said she is waiting for a student visa, and wants to come to England to University. She sent me many photos of herself in a bikini. I told her I am 58, and she is just 28, so I am too old for her. She replied that it does not matter to her, and said when two people are in love, age does not matter. I never said anything about being in love with her. Anyway I checked the Border Agency regulations for requirements to come here on a student visa, and sent her the link. I reminded her that she has to have a confirmed course to enter England on a student visa. She seemed to ignore this, and said she is coming on a visa, and then looking for a college or Uni place. I know this is not possible - she has to show a confirmation letter from the Uni just to enter the country. Now she tells me she has all the paperwork and will be here next month, but she needs me to send her $240 for the visa. By Western Union. So I checked on the scammers sites last week and I found her photos under the name of MARIYA RUBLEYA. Same photos, and same letters she wrote to me, but instead of living in Tomsk, this Mariya lives in NOVOSIBIRSK. She has just sent me a photo of her passport in the name of Galina Vatolina, and the photo of Mariya Rubleya's passport on one site is exactly the same, apart from the name and date of birth of course. Galina has even told me she would like to live with me, and is saying she would like us to get married even, and have a family. (I did tell her she can be my lodger, as I have a spare bedroom). I don't think I would agree to marry a woman I have never even met really, and at 58 I am much too old to be having kids, but I will write back to her tonight and see what she says next when I tell her I am broke and I have no money. I was wary of this woman - I told her I am more than twice her age, and she still kept sending lovey dovey letters, even though I never showed any interest. Now she has asked me for $240 to pay for her Student Visa, and she says she has to pay for it within 7 to 10 days (from Friday 23 August 2013). She says she can come here for 3 months to look for a University to enrol with, then she can find a job and stay here. (England) This I know to be totally untrue, as I checked on the UK government website, UK Border Agency, and it clearly states that to enter England on a Student Visa, a letter from the College or University confirming that the person has been accepted on a course must be shown, and they must have proof that they have sufficient funds to support themselves for the duration of the stay. There is no provision for someone to come here and then look for a University to enrol with. Also, someone who has to borrow the money for a visa is not going to have any funds to support themselves. I had another email from her (Galina) last night (27th August 2013), asking me to quickly send this money to her in Tomsk by Western Union or Moneygram. A cheque is no good, as she cannot cash it, she says this is not possible in Russia. I checked with the scammer list websites, and found her listed under the name of Mariya Rubleva. She has sent the same pictures of herself to me as Galina, and to others as Mariya, and even photos of her passport, with the same photo, but different names and dates of birth, and different addresses. I am not sure how I can contact the Russian police - after all she is committing a crime against me right now - but I could perhaps phone the British Police and ask them what I should do. She really must be stopped, and she has mentioned her friend to me (Vika) who does the photos, so she is not alone with this. After reading the
