Report N1 (added on August, 3, 2016)

On 25.7.2016 I received a message in my spam folder of my hotmail account. I purported to be from a Russian girl calling herself Ekaterinushka. She said that she wanted to leave Russia and was looking for a husband in another country. she attached a photo of herself. She asked me to tell her about myself and describe where I lived. I did this and she replied to my mail on 26.7.2016 sending another photo and telling me that I was the man for her. She requested a photo of me. I believe that after she read my profile letter she desisted as I have heard no more from her. I ran google mirror image searches of her photos and she came up on a Dutch Scammer reporting site, she was using the same email address and photo. The Dutch site is very complicated but it appears that she has been very active in the past, hundreds of thousands of dollars, mainly from clergymen, she also has dozens of other mail addresses. I did a google scammer search and there have been five enquirys this week alone regarding her.

She presented herself first as Iryna, then Irina in her blind e-mails. The pictures she sent were already posted here as Ekaterina. As it was obvious she was a fake there was no reason to go any further.

Report N11 (added on December, 6, 2017)

I was contacted by a woman named Irina about a week ago. Her story was soo ridiculous that I just had to listen to it to see what new scams these silly scammers are pulling lately. She told me she was a surgery assistant who has an internship offer from the USA. Her line of information did sound right and she avoids questions about where she has this internship offer. She has recently asked me to accept a check in her name to deposit in my bank from this so-called company in the USA. She never gives me the name of this company and many of her e-mails could be sent to anyone with a few words changed here and there. She also sent me a video of her blowing me a kiss. The problem with the video she said hello to a man named Thomas. My name isn't Thomas so I immediately got suspicious. I haven't given her any of my private information and won't because I know this is a scam.
