DATING SCAMMER Cathy Tolen

She claimed to be French Canadian living in San Marcos, CA. Her Father is gone & her Mother is in Canada. Right away she hit me up for money to fix her car. Claims her "Gear Box" needs to be replaced. First wanted $130 for inspection then corrected herself to say it was for a rebuild. Her gear box is the transmission & no way it could be rebuilt for $130. She also said the car, a 2012 Nissan Versa has been in the shop for 6 weeks waiting for $130. She wanted me to send money to someone named Richard & now she wants $260. Always made excuses for not giving me her phone number. After I refused to send money to Richard she said to send it to her by MoneyGram to San Marcos & wants $320. After I refused to do that all the nice talk stopped & the foul-mouthed ***** talk started. This person is for sure a scam operator most likely in Ghana & there's an actual Cathy Tolen to accept the money in San Marcos & who knows what they do after that. Cathy keeps her cut & sends the rest to her scammer buddies maybe.
