She is on that website for commercial purposes in another words sending a link to a externe website not for looking for a date see below:
"its alright sweetie, you dont have to worry coz u wont be paying anything. it says on the site that it is zero charge. card details is only for verification to see if you are real and to prevent scammers, bots and spammers to enter the site. nothing will appear on your credit card bill as it wont charge you..."
