DATING SCAMMER Sharon

Just when I thought I had successfully retired from the scambaiting business I received a whatsapp message from a girl calling herself Sharon...
A really clever scammer this one. She got me from the dating site Tender some months ago but never contacted me there. I know this for a fact as Tender is the only site where I am registered in the name of Jack. When I asked where she had found me she just replied 'the dating site' and would tell me no more.
From the start of our whatsapp messages she tried to call me every day with video calls, I accepted two of these calls and then expecting her to ask me for money on unrecordable video I told her that my signal was too weak for video. She then sent me two previously recorded videos which are attached to the evidence. The girl that I spoke to on video appears to be the same girl as in the videos that she sent me but I am not sure.
Sharon is 23 years old and claims to be the daughter of a Lebanese father and a mother from Niger. We chatted quite normally if one can call normal a 23 years old girl wanting a 74 years old man, lol.
Sharon told me that she had debts of $1000.00, was alone and had had no boyfriend for some years. She did not ask for help with her cash problem.
The first two photos that she sent me were allegedly taken at 3am whist she was in bed and are of her in just ******* and ***. She played on the fact that she was unable to sleep because of her money problems.
Then came her scam plan. She suddenly asked me if I minded scars? I questioned this and she told me that she was cutting herself with razor blades, I asked for photos which she sent me, there was no trace of pics of her or the scars on the net.
We chatted for several more days and she told me that she had been busy with the razor again the previous night, the photo that she sent came up trumps at Google on a page which described how to cover up self mutilations.
I told her that I would go to her and asked for her address, the address that she gave me turns out to be a commercial property with apparently no living accommodation at Google Earth. (photo attached) Although she was clever enough never to ask me in writing to send her money I am convinced that she is a scammer for the following reasons; She wanted love and friendship with me although we have a 50 year age difference.
The photo of cuts that she made on her arms was stolen from the internet.
The address that she gave me is a commercial building, i.e. a store.
When she realized that I would not send her cash she blocked me at Whatsapp.
