She told me that she lived in a war zone and wanted out and if I paid for a passport and visa she would travel to meet me and stay 90 days. She said that I could not come to her. She had a great deal of knowledge about wire transfers. She started asking me for extra money for other things and kept putting off our meeting. She always said the documents were not ready. Also the price of the passport and visa were 3 times more than normal.
