She made initial contact with me a couple of days after I joined the Yahoo Group called Russion Women Questionaire. After several weeks of correspondence, we discussed a meeting. I can not get to Russia because of my job, which she knows. I also looked up information on getting her a B-2 tourist visa for the United States and learned a few things. Well, she wrote me a ltter telling me she visited Turservice Travel Agency and was told the Visa can be acquired by her for $350.00 and would only take 3 weeks to be ready. I sent her a ltter asking if the money can be paid directly to TurService, and the reply was basically no with an explanation to the affect that the taxes are so high in Russia on credit cards. She gave me an email to address any questions (turservis_questions@land.ru).
I know TurService is a big corporation and has their own website with their own email system. The email she sent to me came from a free emailing service. Also, I made contact with TurService through their website. They told me I was the fifth person to contact them on a lady from Krasnodar and they do not have anything to do with Visas.
