DATING SCAMMER Cassandra Owen

She contacted me via text message on Google Hangouts and said she was living in Jacksonville, Florida with her cousin Donna and her husband Timithy. We talked for quite some time and she quickly said she loved me and wanted to be with me. Naturally she didn't have the money to come because she wasn't working.
She said she was born in Italy and had moved here after losing her parents. Her English wasn't very good but passable.
As we were talking one evening on Hangouts I tried to video call her without telling her and a black man showed on the screen. I had suspected all along that she was a fraud but this certainly proved it. He tried to convince me there was something wrong with the Internet connection but I knew better. Definitely he was part of the scam ring that operates out of Africa.
