This woman made initial contact with me through my email. I do not know how or where she got my email address from. When asked questions regarding how she obtained the information, she did not answer in her letters. She claimed to be coming to Sydney on a working visa for 3 mths, and after sending several letters of which were well drafted and could have been sent to anyone around the world and it would have seemed ok, other than a couple of minor alterations of name, etc. Each letter was written very quickly and yet she said there would be a delay in here letters because she had to travel so far to get to the internet cafe. Then after she claimed all her bookings for accomodation and travel were arranged, she asked me to help her out with $675.00US which i wrote back too her explaining i was happy to help her with money when she got here but not untill then. I said i had been warned about being scammed by russian woman and i was not sending her any money. From that letter, i have not heard anymore from her since. Be very careful with this woman. You can see by all the letters and photos just how well organised she is.

She sent me an email into my hotmail saying that she was interested and all of this stuff, so I started emailing her back and decided that she was scamming me. I went on google and found this site littered with reports of women from Russia trying to scandle money which is consistent with her emails. She was from Russia and eventually asked me to lend her money sending me **** pictures and such. Also when I googled this, I found the exact same message that she first sent me on a football forum that a guy had posted. He was asking what everyone else thought about it. So my conclusion? SCAMMER. She has recently stopped responding to my emails ecpecially when I asked her to call me. So don't be fooled by the illuion of a russian princess cuz she is a not real. Also the photos are consistent with model shots and photography; not regular photo dimensions. Some of them even look professionally done. All I have left to say is that these probably are not even women email you. It could be an old man for all you know. So don't send your pics out there cuz thats creepy

I found out just in time thanks to your website before she even had the chance to ask for money. I informed the internet crime cell of the fbi aswell (c7.slc@ic.fbi.gov) with all info I found here, together with the IP adresses and all other possible info.

She first wrote me a short email as Sandra. At first I thought she was a girl I had met on the internet by the same name. She later reply with a long letter with a different email address and different name (Maria). The pictures gets you a little lost cause the girl is so beautiful and you kinda try to lie to yourself to think she is real. I was a con artist when I was a kid and I was pretty good at it. On the second letter I figured it out cause she wasnt replying to any of my questions. To trick her I made up a story about me and how great I was and how much money I made but in her reply she didnt mention it at all. That made me realize those emails were sent
automatically. Is that girl really behind it or some is using her to scam other people, I dont know. I have attached all 8 picutures she send me, and I havent yet told her I know. I want to see how far she goes with this.
She sent me some pictures and 3 long letters. I was always suspicious but when everything seemed to be so well planned I thought about giving it a chance. After noticing she wasnt replying to any of my question, I googled her email and found all of her information.

She has explained how hard life is in Russia and how she wants to be an excersise/ fitness trainer when she gets here.
She is currently on her way to Moscow and the agency is going to book her flight etc when she gets there.
She has given me all the 'I want to fall in love' ******* and is very switched on and quite convincing. I did have my doubts hence why I googled her email address but I am sure there will be others that will believe her story.
So far she has not asked me for money.
But she has asked me if I am 'rude to women' and if I drink strong alcohol regularly. She appears to not like ***** males too much and she keeps telling me 'not to look at other girls' as 'she is the best'.

This is the standard mass junk mailer asking for a friend in the USA to correspond with... after answering the general email... a somewhat personal letter arrives giving a specific email address to write her on. In two short weeks she goes from 0 to 60 and is on her way to live with you... she does all of this and is totally convinced you are the one without answering not one single question you have put to her.... her letters to you are the perfect example of a form letter. The letters and what she says in them can apply to anyone.. anywhere. After she is at her cruising speed and is on her way to live with you..she gets stuck at the airport and needs the rest of her airfare. This one was very weak I have others that actually answer some of your questions and even give you a phone number to call them on.... she must still be a ****** scammer... letters reservations.. and a document follow.

Received an inocuous unsolicited email in mid April 2007. Answereed it for fun. She began sending pictures of herself. However her letters didn't ring true. She had too good a grasp of the English language, often using colloquialisms that a Russian would't use. One sentence would be written in broken enlish while the next had perfect sentence structure.
As well I got the impression that she did not read my posts, as she never responded to the personal particulars of my emails. Hers were obviously form letters.
We corresponded for three weeks and twelve emails later she finally figured out that the so-called pictures of myself were in fact public domain photos of Justin Timberlake. Her final email to me contained only two words.
