I was contacted by this lady in the middle of November. She told me she was very serious about finding a man in another country. She also told me about her university studies, and that she had obtained a grant to complete her practice in my country. This practice would last for 5 months. She then told me the details of her preparing for her travel, and her going to Kiev. Of course she asked me to meet her at the airport in my country. But then, there was this little problem: "The problem IS - it seems that i have some unpaid utility bills. It includes gas, water, electricity and communal repairs costs.It turns out that due to some country laws i cannot move abroad until i'll pay these bills!!!!!!!!" So she asked me to help her. She needed 240 EURO.
