This lady contacted me in the middle of December, claiming that she was on some kind of exchange program which made it possible for her to visit my country: "..I also won a grant from several students in the competition, which includes paying for a visa and tickets, plus $9,000 for expenses during my stay in your country." After a few letters she told me: "My beloved, it seems to me that I'm starting to feel something for you." She then described how she went to Kiev and prepared for her travel. Unfortunately there was a problem: "I have a debt that needs to be paid before my departure. Because of it, I will not be able to fly out of the country until I pay it". She needed 315 USD, and asked me to help her.
