I think their are trying to harvest sensitive information. They sent me an attachment and they ask me to write my name address and other personal information in order to "help the catch a scammer".
I asked them how did they get my email address? They didn't answer. I feel this a new scam to harvest personal information!!! I have blocked their address after I saw they are frauds.
