This is a guy, presenting himself as a girl, suggesting "she" is from Cape Town South, South Africa. (No such suburb).
He purports to be buying arts material in Abuja ('the capital of Nigeria'), but suddenly suffers from malaria and need some money.
Refuses to answer specific questions, like race, passport number, credit card number,etc.
'Her' picture and profile is under kelvinlover on Cupid bay.
