Emailed back and forth for some time before she said she liked my pictures and liked me. This person took it slow and really tried to gain my trust over time. Then she said she had made travel arrangements and sent me an itinerary that included flights to Amsterdam from Moscow and from Amsterdam to Seattle. She said she needed to have return tickets or they would not let her enter the U.S. She then said she had $250, but needed me to Western Union her an additional $700 to pay for return flight and living expenses while waiting in Moscow. I can't believe I even responded to this person in the first place!

I received an email on my scammer email address saying that she got my address from an agency and was interested in getting to know me. So right off the bat I knew she couldn't be legit. I thought I recognized her pics but couldn't find them in my data base. I decided to play along. She actually read my letters and responded to them. We exchanged quite a number of letters but I still never trusted her. Then I found her here on Stop. All the same pics. However since pics are often recirculated maybe the letters will help someone to avoid getting scammed. We never got to that point.

I told her no but she kept insisting. She kept up the pressure for quite some time, I kept telling her no I would not send her money. Finally I told her I had to go and she said she'd message me tomorrow morning.
She's a very attractive woman, quite persuasive and very adapt at countering any of your statements with her good characteristics and how honest and truthful she truly is.
