Scam REPORT(S)

REPORT N1
Frank (USA)

I would like to report to you about a scammer Irina Turbina or Irina Tyrbina from Lugansk. She has no telephone at home and she would not give me her work phone number or name/address of the place.
She also has many profile listings on Free Russian Personals, A Pretty Women, 1st International Marriage Network and most likely others as well. The reason that I say supposedly is that I tried to have a delivery to her and there was no such address to deliver to.
She has no telephone at all and I asked her several times for the telephone number of the internet cafe she used and avoided this question. After several requests for the address of the internet cafe she finally gave it to me .........ADDRESS of INTERNET CAFE ...The adress is Sovetskaj 66 (Once again this street is mentioned very often in many of the reports for the scammers from Lugansk and some of the agencies that they use).
In her very first letter to me she had sent a photo and then she forgot who I was and sent me another photo of someone else who does not even look like the first photo at all which alerted me that something was not right with her and both letters were pretty much the same. She never really answered any of my questions and also had very fluffy letters without much substance, which is typical of Scammers. The request for money letter came later of course, as she was patient and wanted $ 70 by Wetern Union for the cost of her letters and internet.
