Has emailed back and forth for almost 3 weeks. Said she would visit me, but needed $1350.00 for passport and visa which travel agency would get her. She is very smooth and doesn't ask for anything at first. She doesn't have a telephone or computer access at her house-she uses internet cafe. Parents died in car crash in 2002, lives with grandma who is concerned for her well-being.
