Juliet is a chat scammer. She is very demanding, lays down a story how she had to quit her job because her boss wanted to make her a second wife, now she just wants a man of her own, and will have nothing to do with you if you doubledate. She reels off a very long list of the desirable qualities she requires in men. On her second chat, she asks for money to continue - see transcript.
