Initially she states that she lives in Shelanger, Russia, but when she asks for money to be wired by Western Union she lives in Yoshkar-Ola (not far away but not the same city).
She says she is a tutor in a Kindergarten and can only write using an Internet cafE near her work. She is soon in love and wants to come to visit.
And here is the new twist. When she is doing her laundry at home, a hose breaks and floods the neighbor's apartment downstairs. She is beside herself with worry that the police will come and arrest her because, you guessed it; she does not have the money to pay off the neighbor's damage. She needs $345 dollars.
She would like me to send the money via Western Union to:
