I chatted with this girl for months. I sent her small amounts of money for certain essentials, such as rent, passport, pills for our first meeting, etc. We planned together for me to fly to Manila. I told her that if she was fooling me and would not meet me at the airport, please tell me in advance and I would send her extra money to prevent the wasted trip. She swore up and down that she was true and wanted to be with me and would meet me at the airport.
She was not at the airport, and I have never heard from her since. She took me for around $1500.
