Exchanged 7 letters with her, seemed completely legitimate. She agreed to meet and I bought her contact information. I was in Poltava 3 days, called her number 10+ times and her phone was always off. Had no phone problems with 4 other girls, just her. After I got back, she claimed she turned her phone off while her kid slept. After trying her number 20+ times via skype, I've concluded the phone number is bogus and she never intended to meet.
