DATING SCAMMER Cindy Musser

This is a male scammer from Nigeria, He is an SOB that I know scammed a wonderful lady out of $10,000.
This lady contacted me to warn me about what he was doing. It seems he was trying to get this lady to talk to me to help scam me.
He is also using this lady's name and personal information to pretend it is the mother of the person I am chatting with.
I have received emails from Cindy Musser of tennesee (cmusser64@yahoo.com) and from her mother Joni Moreno of Texas (jonimoreno73@yahoo.com)
emails from both of them came from the same IP address 196.29.214.138 (Ilorin, Kwara, Nigeria)
Some emails are being masked show as louisiana, yahoo/microsoft headquarters and 64.15.147.186 Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Wants me to wire money to the travel agent for the airfare to :

They were Mary Santos, Reggy Reggy, gwenkim26 also from NIGERIA,... All were from the Woome website...
Asked how do I give him the MCD number and she says just email it to her mom and she will tell him...
After I refused to do that, the person said i could wire the money to...
