When getting the scammer news report I noticed the exact same letter with a few changes from a Victoria Nicolas as the same from a Loveth Dixson in Mali.
Loveth also gave me this as her work website. I sent an email to the site and gave them her picture. They responded and said it was Loveth Dixson.
So it tells me there might be a ring operating there. Here is the work local:www.ccbm0.tripod.com
She told me she was from Latvia but could not speak Russian or Latvian.
Only English and French. I spoke to her over the phone and trust me...she sounded like an Afrikaaner not European!!!
