Wants to help a person and self to the usa, needs money for a police report that was fraudulent and was jailed for several weeks, checked the ghana police, told me the police report was not valid and made up, now needs money for flight ticket and a new police report to be legal? new scammer from ghana. claims to live here in the usa, needs to come back with her husband here or meet you? to be with other person she wants to travel with?
