This one is patient. Talked for months to get your confidence and sends gifts all the while. I think she is connected with a identity theft operation that provides the gifts so that you think she is legit. after a while she wants you to forward merchandise to her. This is a tip off of some kind of money laundering. Then she wants you to help her with problems she starts to have. eventually she wants you to pay for a ticket for her to come to the US to marry you.
She seems very innocent, but devious deception. She claims she has passport and visa but needs $1500 to pay for a visitor fee to the us. If your dont pay that then she says she is caught carrying gold and needs $1500 to pay for fines.
