DATING SCAMMER Cecilia Bartels

I have been scammed by this woman. Originally using stolen pictures and then finally picture supposedly of herself as mixed race. She was supposed to come and live with me a couple of months ago and then she said end of July I did send her occasional money for various things. Never any large amounts at one time as well of the time on her phone so that we could text each other.
She is supposedly living with her grandmother. Had worked at an orphanage as a cleaning lady for no pay at the church was providing a house for them to live in. Church was supposed to give her $1000 for ticket to leave Africa. Her mother was supposed to be in Alaska.I checked out that the best I could from the city she said she was in and there was no person by her mother's name ever lived there however there was one who lived relatively close.
She wanted money for medical test to leave country which I sent. She sent fake copy of medical report. A copy of reservation which wa s valid for one day. Was canceled three days before her flight. I confirmed with airlines. Day of flight needed extra money for baggage which I refuse to send. talked to her next day said that she had give money back to church but only partial amount because when she had to cancel the flight she did not give full refund. Said that they would give her $1000 again to come. She supposedly got a job to make money for rest of ticket to come to me and of July. Asking for small amounts of money ($50-$100) but I would not send any to her.
