REPORT N1 (added on November, 13, 2013)
Jon (USA)

Ekaterina is very good! She claims she is from a Presidio in Plesetsk Oblast province. A Russian space port does exist there. Claims her father was killed in Afghanistan and she lives in an apartment on Lenin St. across from a very dear friend named Yuliya. Has plenty of candid photos to substantiate her claims. She doesn't exhibit many of the classic signs of a scammer. She will not directly ask for money initially, but given time she will tell you how much she needs. I have already paid $810 USD for her papers, background check, taxes and visa. I have already purchased her round-trip airline tickets to the U.S. for $1160 USD. The real scam came when she was to leave for the U.S. and emailed me that day saying customs would not allow her to leave without $3000 USD for living expenses while here and another $70 USD for a filing fee. This was the straw that broke the camel's back which brought me here. IP address searches reveal that she is in Mari El which is the main area for female Russian scam artists DO NOT SEND THIS WOMAN ANY MONEY! She contacted me originally through Match.com and seemed to be very upfront and honest when immediately telling me she lived in Russia. She seemed too good to be true because now I realize she is. I have corresponded with this woman for over two months and have a lot of information that I will continue to upload. If I can find a link to upload her pictures I will do this as well. She sent me pictures of the snow in her backyard that were taken from a Russian news website conducting a contest for who could predict the first snowfall of the year. The date on the website was from 2011 and she claimed it was a current picture. Another picture was from a different Russian woman's blog stating it was HER backyard. A picture she sent to me of shashlik her grandfather cooked on the weekend was from a Russian food recipe website Now that I have begun to research I am finding one red flag after another. Not sure why I wasn't this thorough before I sent the money. I went from being her dearest love to now receiving threats from her in a matter of hours.
