Deceptive scam involving US K1 Visa application where Nellyn Joy Weber Benarao deceives suitor into a false relationship and makes stories about family emergencies and other financial problems for several months, even verifying identity with authentic documents which convince suitor into sending money to help while cleverly delaying or dodging the requirement to meet in person as required by the US K1 Visa application process, causing further damages to the suitor in extending financial support while waiting and paying for related expenses such as fees for passport application, visa application, US Embassy interview, plane tickets, and other necessary reservations, by deceiving the suitor into believing the she is actually serious about coming to America by agreeing all the way throughout the engagement and even filling out the US K1 Visa Application, causing the suitor to believe that she is actually serious about wanting to get married once in the US, only to disappear and never to be heard from again just before the meeting in person requirement could be accomplished. The suitor could have flown all the way from America and spent thousands of dollars on a round-trip plane ticket, hotel reservations, accommodations, taxes, ground transportation and other fees just to finally meet in person as required only to be stood up once in Bacolod City Philippines, by this time causing financial damages in excess of $4,800.00 or over 200,000 Philippine Pesos.
